АННОТАЦИЯ: В 1978 г. в Советском Союзе были разработаны республиканские Технические условия на «Смеси пряностей для колбасных изделий» РСТ РСФСР 355-78. Выпускались смеси пряностей под номерами от 1 до 7. Специй, применяемых в данных смесях, немного, и они традиционны для русского вкуса. Чёрный и душистый перец, мускатный орех, кориандр, кардамон и на замену кориандра в смеси №7 — тмин.
